Republic of the Philippines Negros Island Region Province of Negros Occidental Municipality of San Enrique Invitation to Bid For Concreting of Farm to Market Road 1) The Municipality of San Enrique, through the Local Government Support Fund – Support to the Barangay Development Program (LGSF-SBDP) 2026 intends to apply the sum of Ten Million Pesos Only (Php 10,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Concreting of Farm to Market Road at Brgy. Bagonawa. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The Municipality of San Enrique now invites bids for Concreting of Farm to Market Road at Brgy. Bagonawa. Completion of the Works is required One Hundred Thirty (130) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within Five (5) Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB). 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
