Manoot Farm to Market Road 1) The Government of the Philippines (GOP) has received a Loan from the World Bank toward the cost of Philippine Rural Development Project Scale-Up, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this Loan to payments under the contract for Upgrading/Rehabilitation of Brgy. Manoot Farm to Market Road with Subproject ID No. PRDP-SU-IB-R04B-OCM-001-RIZ-001-2023-FMR. 2) The Municipality of Rizal, Occidental Mindoro, implementing partner of the Department of Agriculture, now invites bids for the Upgrading/Rehabilitation of Brgy. Manoot Farm to Market Road with Estimated Project Cost (EPC) in the amount of One Hundred Nine Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (PhP109,500,000.00). Completion of the Works is required in 263 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within the last ten (10) years, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section 5 of the Instructions to Bidders, and Sub-sections 5.2 and 5.4 of the Bid Data Sheet. 3) Bidding will be conducted in accordance with relevant procedures for open competitive bidding as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 12009, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Reform Act”, with some amendments, as stated in the Bidding Documents and is open to all Bidders from eligible source countries, as defined in the World Bank Procurement Regulations.
