Republic of the Philippines PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA SIBUGAY Municipality of Buug BIDS AND AWARDS COMMITTEE Invitation to Bid for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF FOUR(4) RESCUE VEHICLE(UTILITY VAN) . The Local Government Unit of Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay, through the 20% DEVELOPMENT Fund of 2026 ntends to apply the sum of FIVE MILLION SIX HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (Php5,600,000.00)being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF FOUR(4) RESCUE VEHICLE(UTILITY VAN) .Bids received in excess on the ABC shall be automatically rejected on the bid opening. 2. The Local Government Unit of Buug now invites bids for the above project Bidders should have completed within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II, Instructions to Bidders. 3. Bidding will be conducted through an open competitive bidding procedure using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 12009 (RA 12009), otherwise known as the “ New Government Procurement Act”. Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, partnerships, or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines. 4.
