1) The LGU-Island Garden City of Samal, through the 5% LDRRM Fund 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Million Forty-Seven Thousand Four Hundred Sixty Pesos Only (Php1,047,460.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for BCD JACKET UNDER PR#2026-09-4843. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. a.) Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The LGU-Island Garden City of Samal now invites bids for BCD JACKET UNDER PR#2026-09-4843. Delivery of the Goods is required 60 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.
