IMPROVEMENT OF BABAK GYMNASIUM- BRGY. MIRANDA, BABAK DIST., IGACOS UNDER PR#2026-09-4874

1) The LGU - Island Garden City of Samal, through the General Fund of 2026 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Four Hundred Twenty-Two Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty-Nine Pesos and Sixty Centavos Only (Php2,422,859.60) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for IMPROVEMENT OF BABAK GYMNASIUM- BRGY. MIRANDA, BABAK DIST., IGACOS UNDER PR#2026-09-4874. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The LGU - Island Garden City of Samal now invites bids for IMPROVEMENT OF BABAK GYMNASIUM- BRGY. MIRANDA, BABAK DIST., IGACOS UNDER PR#2026-09-4874. Completion of the Works is required Seventy-Five (75) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents. 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”. Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, cooperatives, and partnerships or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines. 4) Interested bidders may obtain further information from the Bids and Awards Committee Secretariat and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 8am to 4pm. 5) A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested bidders on October 12, 2026 from the address below BAC Secretariat Offic
