Invitation to Bid for the CONSTRUCTION OF WATER SUPPLY SYSTEM, SITIO SAPA, BRGY. LUMANGAN, MIAGAO, ILOILO 1) The Municipality of Miagao, through the Budget for the Contract as approved by the Sanggunian Account Number 6918(14)-1-07-03-040 ( Water Supply Systems)1 intends to apply the sum of P 500,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the CONSTRUCTION OF WATER SUPPLY SYSTEM, SITIO SAPA, BRGY. LUMANGAN, MIAGAO, ILOILO. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The Municipality of Miagao now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. 2 Completion of the Works is required within 90 days (Including 10 unworkable days). Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II, Instruction to Bidders (ITB). 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
