The Local Government Unit – Quinapondan, Eastern Samar, through the Bids & Awards Committee (BAC ), intends to apply the sum of Thirteen Million Three Hundred Thirty Three Thousand Three Hundred One Pesos and 56/100 Only (Php13,333,301.56) under the LGSF - SAFPB, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment for the Upgrading of Level III Potable Water System at Brgy.
