Republic of the Philippines Province of Batangas Nasugbu, Batangas IB NO. 26 – 46 INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF GOODS 1. The Municipal Government of Nasugbu, Batangas through 5% Local Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Fund intends to apply the sum of ₱838,650.00 being the total Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for Procurement of Goods listed below. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184. a.
