Invitation to Bid for OPENING OF ROAD (REYES ST. - CUARESMA ST.) 1) The Barangay of Macutay, Rizal, Kalinga, through the Local Development (LDF), FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Php 150, 000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for OPENING OF ROAD (REYES ST. - CUARESMA ST.). Location : Macutay, Rizal (Liwan), Kalinga Major Category of Works : Road Opening Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) : Php 150, 000.00 Contract Duration : 15 calendar days Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. Instructions to Bidders (ITB). 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non- discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
