Invitation to Bid for CONTINUATION OF DRAINAGE CANAL (P3 - BATARIO ST.) 1) The Barangay of Macutay, Rizal, Kalinga, through the Local Development (LDF), FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Php 70, 000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONTINUATION OF DRAINAGE CANAL (P3 - BATARIO ST.). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The Barangay of Macutay, Rizal, Kalinga now invites bids for the hereunder Works: Project No. : Project No. 26-10-05 Name of Contract : CONTINUATION OF DRAINAGE CANAL (P3 - BATARIO ST.) Location : Macutay, Rizal (Liwan), Kalinga Major Category of Works : 3 Layes - CHB Line Canal Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) : Php 70, 000.00 Contract Duration : 15 calendar days Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB). 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non- discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”. Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, cooperatives, and partnerships or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines. 4) Interested bidders may obtain further information from Barangay of Macutay, Rizal, Kalinga and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 09:00 am to 04:00 pm. 5) A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested bidders on October 12, 2026 from the address below and upon payment of the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents, pursuant to the latest Guidelines issued by the GPPB, in the amount of Php 500.00.
