Republic of the Philippines Province of Pangasinan MUNICIPALITY OF POZORRUBIO Invitation to Bid for Rehabilitation of Drainage Canal and Concreting of Road Shoulder for Road Widening at Poblacion District II, Pozorrubio, Pangasinan 1) The Municipality of Pozorrubio, through the Local Fund intends to apply the sum of One Million Six Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Five Hundred Twenty Pesos Only (Php 1,699,520.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Rehabilitation of Drainage Canal and Concreting of Road Shoulder for Road Widening at Poblacion District II, Pozorrubio, Pangasinan. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The Municipality of Pozorrubio now invites bids for Structure Excavation, Portland Cement Concrete Pavement (0.20m thick), Aggregate Subbase Course, Structural Concrete, Cement Plaster Finish. Completion of the Works is required 120 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within Ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB). 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
