Senior Citizen Discount □ Advance and partial payments. □ Discount □ Service or Extension Fee □ Withholding Tax for cities/municipalities that withholds tax payments □ Disconnection and reconnection features. □ Changing of Account Numbers without the need for disconnection □ Billing Adjustments. □ Aging of accounts receivable (one for each ledger). □ User modifiable water rates. □ User modifiable bill and official receipt format. □ Customizable user access by assigning unique password for each user. □ Customizable Disconnection Notice - Printing of Disconnection Notice is implemented using templates.Format and content of Disconnection Notice can be modified by the user and may differ depending on the number of bills not paid. □ Customer ledger contains all entries since the start of computerization. Ledger entries are not limited to bills and collections. It also includes all the changes that transpired in a particular service connection like change of water meter, account number, classification, meter size, name, address, etc. therefore it also contains the history of the particular concessionaire. In addition, changes made in the current status do not affect previous transactions. □ Statement of Accounts may be printed as per concessionaire's request. □ Security from unauthorized users through implementation of individualized password. □ Backup- Database backup may be done in compressed (ZIP) format or in its original format.
