Land Bank of the Philippines INVITATION TO BID FOR Servers and Storage Systems for Head Office and Co-Location Site with Three (3) Years Warranty and Support Services 1) The LAND BANK OF THE PHILIPPINES (LANDBANK), through its 2026 Corporate Operating Budget approved by the Board of Directors intends to apply the sum of Sixty Nine Million Nine Hundred Twenty Five Thousand Pesos Only (PhP69,925,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Servers and Storage Systems for Head Office and Co-Location Site with Three (3) Years Warranty and Support Services with Project Identification Number LBP-ICTBAC-ITB-GS-20261005-01. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The LANDBANK now invites bids for Servers and Storage Systems for Head Office and Co-Location Site with Three (3) Years Warranty and Support Services. Delivery of the Goods is required within ninety (90) calendar days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. Instructions to Bidders. 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.
