Re-Bidding for the Drugs and Medicines - City Health Services Office

PR NO. 2635 - 26 INVITATION TO BID FOR THE DRUGS AND MEDICINES (RE – BIDDING) 1. The CITY GOVERNMENT OF TACURONG, through the TF -YAKAP/KONSULTA intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION NINE HUNDRED-FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (Php1,950,000.00). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. The CITY GOVERNMENT OF TACURONG now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is within 15 Calendar Days upon receipt of Purchase Order. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders). 3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184. 4. Prospective Bidders may obtain further information from the City Government of Tacurong and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below during Office Hours (8:00AM to 5:00PM). 5. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested Bidders on October 12-November 3, 2026 from the given address and upon payment of non - refundable fee based on the ABC. The Procuring Entity shall allow the bidder to present its proof of payment (photocopy) for the fees upon securing the bidding documents. 6. The CITY GOVERNMENT OF TACURONG will hold a Pre-bid Conference on October 20, 2026 at 1:30PM at the BAC Office, 2/F New Executive Building, Alunan Highway, Tacurong City, which shall be open to prospective bidders. 7. Bids must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat through manual submission at the office address indicated below on or before 1:30PM of November 3, 2026. Late bids shall not be accepted. 8. All Bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in ITB Clause 14. 9.
