SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VARIOUS MATERIALS FOR THE REPAIR, MAINTENANCE, AND RELOCATION OF EXISTING WATER LINES

REQUEST FOR QUOTATION RFQ No: CSWD-RFQ2026-09-052 The Castillejos Water District (CSWD), through its Bids and Awards Committee, invites interested suppliers to submit their quotation for the “Supply and Delivery of Various Materials for the Repair, Maintenance, and Relocation of Existing Water Lines” through Small Value Procurement pursuant to Section 34 of the IRR of RA No. 12009 (New Government Procurement Act). Please submit your best price quotation, inclusive of VAT/other applicable taxes, delivery charges, and incidental expenses, based on the specifications in the Price Quotation Form (Annex A). Terms and Conditions 1. Award Basis: Total Price Quoted 2. ABC: ₱210,000.00 3. Quotation Validity: At least thirty (30) calendar days 4. Delivery: Within Fifteen (15) calendar days from receipt of Purchase Order 5. Liquidated Damages: 1/10 of 1% of the cost of delayed goods for every day of delay 6. Delivery Address: Castillejos Water District, Brgy. Nagbunga, Castillejos, Zambales 7. Payment: Three (3) equal monthly installments over a period of ninety (90) days. 8. Indicate the brand/model of the item offered and attach technical specifications/brochure, if applicable. The CSWD reserves the right to reject any or all quotations, declare a failure of procurement, or not award the contract, without liability to any supplier, in accordance with applicable provisions of RA No. 12009 and its IRR.
