Republic of the Philippines Province of Northern Samar Municipality of Gamay BARANGAY MALIDONG Invitation to Bid for Cluster Project: 1.) Construction of Concrete Pavement at Eglesia Street 2.) Construction of Drainage Canal at San Vicente Street 1) The BLGU Malidong Gamay, Northern Samar, through the 20% Development Fund 2026 intends to apply the sum of Php 584,033.84 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Cluster Project: 1.) Construction of Concrete Pavement at Eglesia Street 2.) Construction of Drainage Canal at San Vicente Street. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The BLGU Malidong Gamay, Northern Samar now invites bids for 1.) Construction of 1.5 x 36m x 0.15m thk. PCC Pavement shoulder on both sides along Eglesia St. 2.) Construction of 56.0m - 0.6m width Covered Drainage Lined Canal w/ weep holes on top slab at San Vicente St.. Completion of the Works is required within 50 C.D. Bidders should have completed, within October - November 2026 from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB). 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
