CONSTRUCTION OF BAGONG URGENT CARE AMBULATORY SERVICE (BUCAS) CENTER AT PANCIAN, PAGUDPUD, ILOCOS NORTE

INVITATION TO BID FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF BAGONG URGENT CARE AMBULATORY SERVICE (BUCAS) CENTER AT PANCIAN, PAGUDPUD, ILOCOS NORTE 1) The Mariano Marcos Memorial Hospital and Medical Center, through the 2025 General Appropriation Act – Health Facilities Enhancement Program (HFEP) and 2026 Internally Generated Fund – Retained Income Fund intends to apply the sum of Forty Four Million Eight Hundred Six Thousand Two Hundred Ninety and 72/100 Only (₱ 44,806,290.72) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Bagong Urgent Care Ambulatory Service (BUCAS) Center at Pancian, Pagudpud, Ilocos Norte. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The Mariano Marcos Memorial Hospital and Medical Center now invites bids for the Construction of Bagong Urgent Care Ambulatory Service (BUCAS) Center at Pancian, Pagudpud, Ilocos Norte. Completion of the Works is required in three hundred thirty (330) calendar days. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB). 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”. Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, partnerships, or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines, and to citizens or organizations of a country the laws or regulations of which grant similar rights or privileges to Filipino citizens, pursuant to RA No. 5183. 4) Interested Bidders may obtain further information from Procurement Section of Mariano Marcos Memorial Hospital and Medical Center and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, except on holidays. 5) A complete set of Bi
