SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ADDITIONAL HOTMEALS FOR EVACUEES, FRONTLINERS AND VOLUNTEERS (SUPPLY AGREEMENT)

INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ADDITIONAL HOTMEALS FOR EVACUEES, FRONTLINERS AND VOLUNTEERS (SUPPLY AGREEMENT) 1) The City Government of Malabon, through the 70% LDRRMF included in the 2026 Annual Budget pursuant to City Ordinance No. AO4-2025 intends to apply the sum of FOUR MILLION NINE HUNDRED NINETY-EIGHT THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED FIFTY pesos only (P 4,998,750.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ADDITIONAL HOTMEALS FOR EVACUEES, FRONTLINERS AND VOLUNTEERS (SUPPLY AGREEMENT). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The City Government of Malabon now invites bids for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ADDITIONAL HOTMEALS FOR EVACUEES, FRONTLINERS AND VOLUNTEERS (SUPPLY AGREEMENT) using competitive bidding as a mode of procurement using Lowest Calculated Responsive Bid (LCRB) as an award criterion. Delivery of the Goods is thru Supply Agreement. Bidders should have completed, at least five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. Instructions to Bidders. 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
