Niño, South Cotabato 1) The Provincial Government of South Cotabato, through the GAA 2026 intends to apply the sum of ₱ 6,322,906.54 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of 1-Storey, 2 Classroom with Bundled School Furniture, Katipunan Elementary School, Brgy. Katipunan, Sto. Niño, South Cotabato/INF - ITB 26-140. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The Provincial Government of South Cotabato now invites bids for Construction of 1-Storey, 2 Classroom with Bundled School Furniture, Katipunan Elementary School, Brgy. Katipunan, Sto. Niño, South Cotabato. Completion of the Works is required 165 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 10 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB). 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”. Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, cooperatives, and partnerships or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines. 4) Interested bidders may obtain further information from Provincial Government of South Cotabato and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
