Printing of Reports (Ulat sa Bayan)

Republic of the Philippines Province of Quezon Municipality of Pagbilao COMMITTEE ON BIDS AND AWARDS INVITATION TO BID FOR Printing of Reports (Ulat sa Bayan) 1) The Local Government Unit of Pagbilao Quezon, through the Approved Budget by the Sanggunian – GOP, General Fund, Annual Budget CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred Thousand Pesos (600,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Printing of Reports (Ulat sa Bayan)/ 2026 B-09.565. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The Local Government Unit of Pagbilao Quezon now invites bids for Printing of Reports (Ulat sa Bayan). Delivery of the Goods is required Sixty (60) Days. Bidders should have completed, at least Ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders. 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009. The award criterion and the manner of bid opening shall be based on the Most Economically Advantageous Responsive Bid (MEARB). i) Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, partnerships, or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines, and to citizens or organizations of a country the laws or regulations of which grant similar rights or privileges to Filipino citizens, pursuant to RA No. 5183. 2 4) Interested Bidders may obtain further information from Local Government Unit of Pagbilao Quezon and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from Office Hours (8:00am – 5:00pm) Monday to Friday. 5) A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested Bidders on October 15 to October 22, 2026 from
