Union, Dapa SDN, through the 20% Development Fund Programs And Utilization intends to apply the sum of One Million One Hundred Eight Thousand Four Hundred Eighty Nine Pesos and 60/100 Only (Php. 1,108,489.60) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the, contract for the Construction/ Concreting of Brgy. Street – (Aurora Street) Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. The Brgy. Union, Dapa SDN now invites bids for the Construction/ Concreting of Brgy. Street – (Aurora Street) with the following scope of works: General Requirements: 1 l.s., Surplus Common Excavation: 129.00 cu.m., Subgrade Preparation: 300.00 sq.m., Aggregate Subbase Course: 109.92 cu.m., PCC Pavement (230mm thk.): 60.38 cu.m., Completion of the Works is required 90 Calendar Days. 3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184. 4.
