CONCRETING OF BARANGAY ROAD BARANGAY BIASONG TO BARANAGAY MOABOG, PILAR, CEBU

The LGU-PILAR through the Trust Fund(LGSF) intends to apply the sum of TWENTY FIVE MILLION PESOS ONLY(Php 25,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC)to payment under the Contract for the CONCRETING OF BARANGAY ROAD BARANGAY BIASONG TO BARANAGAY MOABOG, PILAR, CEBU. Prospective Bidders should have experience in undertaking similar project within at least 8 years with an amount of at least 80% of the proposed projects for bidding. The Eligibility Checks/Screening as well as the preliminary Examination of Bids shall be use non-discretionary “pass/fail” criteria. Post-qualification of the Lowest Calculated Bid shall be conducted. All particulars relative to Eligibility Statement and Screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, Pre-Bidding Conference(s), Evaluation of Bids, Post-qualification and the Award of Contract shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of R.A. 9184 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR). The Complete Schedule of Activities is listed below as follows: 1. Submission of Letter of Intent (LOI) & Issuance of Bid Documents – OCTOBER 20 (8:00-5:00PM) and before 1:00PM on NOVEMBER 01, 2026 2. Pre-Bid Conference – OCTOBER 20, 2026 3. Dropping and Opening of Eligibility of Bid Envelopes – on or before NOVEMBER 01, 2026 @ 1:00pm 4. Post Qualification- NOVEMBER 03, 2026 Bid Documents will be available only to prospective bidders upon payment of NON-REFUNDABLE AMOUNT OF Php 25,000.00 at the Municipal Treasurer's Office. ONLY THOSE WHO HAVE PURCHASED THE BIDDING DOCUMENTS AND HAVE ATTENDED THE PRE-BIDDING DOCUMENTS and with PCAB LICENSE CATEGORY B, C AND D SHALL BE ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE IN THE BIDDING PROCESS.
