Republic of the Philippines Municipality of Paranas Province of Samar INVITATION TO BID FOR THE REHABILITATION/ IMPROVEMENT OF TEMPORARY SPILLWAY NO. PAR INF-2026-11 1) The Local Government Unit of Paranas, through the Special Appropriation Fund intends to apply the sum of Php 2,800,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Rehabilitation/ Improvement of Temporary Spillway, Brgy. Concepcion, Paranas, Samar. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected a bid opening. 2) The Local Government Unit of Paranas now invites bids for Rehabilitation/ Improvement of Temporary Spillway, Brgy. Concepcion, Paranas, Samar. Completion of the Works is required sixty 60 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II.
