Invites suppliers to apply for eligibility, to bid for the hereunder contract: Name of Contract: PURCHASE OF RICE FOR THE "BASURA BALYO BUGAS PROGRAM" Brief Description: Rice Approved Budget: ₱ 158,000.00 Delivery Duration: 3 Calendar Days Bids received over the ABC shall be automatically rejected upon opening the bid. Procurement will be conducted by Section 53.9 (Small Value Procurement) of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations Part A (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (R.A. 9184), otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”. Only sealed bids/quotations from eligible bidders will be opened and a contract will only be awarded to the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Quotation. Opening of Price Quotations shall be on October 19, 2026. at 10:00 AM at the Mayor's Conference Room, 2nd Floor Municipal Building of Taft, Eastern Samar. The Local Government Unit of Taft reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
