All food products included in the food packs must have a remaining shelf life of at least one (1) year from the actual date of delivery to the Municipal Government of Moncada. b. Products that are expired, near expiration in violation of the required shelf life, damaged, leaking, improperly sealed, or otherwise unfit for consumption shall not be accepted. c. All applicable products must bear legible manufacturing and expiration dates or best-before dates, as appropriate, and other required product information. d. The supplier shall replace, at no additional cost to the Procuring Entity, any items found during inspection to be non-compliant with the required shelf life, specifications, or quality standards. e.
