INVITATION TO BID FOR DREDGING ALONG TIPOLO CREEK FROM BACK OF MAYOR A.S. FORTUNA MEMORIAL ELEMENTARY GUIZO TO DOWNSTREAM, GUIZO, MANDAUE CITY (2026-POWE-017) 1) The City Government of Mandaue, through the Local Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Fund – Flood Control System for the Fiscal Year 2026 Approved by the Sanggunian intends to apply the sum of Eighteen Million Six Hundred Forty Three Thousand Five Hundred Thirty Five Pesos and 33/100 Centavos (Php18,643,535.33) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Dredging along Tipolo Creek from back of Mayor A.S. Fortuna Memorial Elementary Guizo to downstream, Guizo, Mandaue City. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The City Government of Mandaue now invites bids for Dredging along Tipolo Creek from back of Mayor A.S. Fortuna Memorial Elementary Guizo to downstream, Guizo, Mandaue City. Completion of the Works is required 200 calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within 02 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. (ITB). 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
