Republic of the Philippines Province of Davao de Oro MUNICIPALITY OF COMPOSTELA BIDS AND AWARDS COMMITTEE CP#: 0909-279-9827 Invitation to Bid for Re-bid: Establishment of Health Complex (Fabrication of Landmark Signages and Information Signages) 1) The Municipality of Compostela, through the Supplemental Budget No.2/Loan from Landbank - 20% Development Fund CY 2024 (Continuing Project) intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Ninety-Seven Thousand Pesos Only (997,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Re-bid: Establishment of Health Complex (Fabrication of Landmark Signages and Information Signages). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The Municipality of Compostela now invites bids for Re-bid: Establishment of Health Complex (Fabrication of Landmark Signages and Information Signages). Completion of the Works is required 20 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, at least Five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
