Republic of the Philippines Province of Davao de Oro MUNICIPALITY OF COMPOSTELA BIDS AND AWARDS COMMITTEE CP#: 0909-279-9827 INVITATION TO BID FOR Re-bid: Supply, Delivery and Installation of One (1) Unit Generator Set 1) The Municipality of Compostela, through the 20% Development Fund/Continuing 2024 (Establishment of Health Complex – Landbank Loan) intends to apply the sum of One Million Three Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (P1,300,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Re-bid: Supply, Delivery and Installation of One (1) Unit Generator Set. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The Municipality of Compostela now invites bids for Re-bid: Supply, Delivery and Installation of One (1) Unit Generator Set. Delivery of the Goods is required 15 Working Days Upon Receipt of Purchase Order. Bidders should have completed, at least Five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
