Republic of the Philippines City of Panabo Province of Davao del Norte Invitation to Bid for Supply and Delivery of Consolidated Office Supplies 4th Quarter, Batch 1 for Various Offices for C.Y 2026 1)The City of Panabo through the Appropriation Ordinance No.28, Series 2025 Various Offices- MOOE (Office Supplies Expenses) intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Eighty-Seven Thousand Four Hundred Four Pesos Only ( Php 387,404.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Bid No. 2026-10-165. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2)The City Government of Panabo now invites bids for Supply and Delivery of Consolidated Office Supplies 4th Quarter, Batch 1 for Various Offices for CY 2026. Delivery of the Goods is required within Seven (7) days upon Receipt of Purchase. Bidders should have completed, at least Ten (10) Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. In conducting the bidding, proportionality and fit-for purpose approaches are considered such that the requirements of the bidding and implementation of contract/project is proportional to the needs of the City of Panabo. 3)Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act” (NGPA)”.
