Republic of the Philippines City of Panabo Province of Davao del Norte Invitation to Bid for Supply and Delivery of Food Supplies (Supplementary Feeding Program) for City Social Welfare and Development Office- LCPC 1)The City of Panabo through the Appropriation Ordinance No.28, Series of 2025 – CSWDO- LCPC-Other MOE (Supplementary Feeding Program) intends to apply the sum of Three Million Pesos Only (P 3,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Bid No. 2026-11-164. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2)The City Government of Panabo now invites bids for Supply and Delivery of Food Supplies (Supplementary Feeding Program) for City Social Welfare and Development Office-LCPC. Delivery of the Goods is required upon scheduled release (1st Week of December 2026 to 2nd Week of February 2027) (Delivery is every Monday of the Week). Bidders should have completed, at least Ten (10) Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
