REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES PROVINCE OF ILOCOS SUR VIGAN CITY INVITATION TO BID FOR THE Purchase and Delivery of Assorted Cooking Utensils and Kitchenware for Distribution Provincewide 1) The Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur, through the CY 2026 Appropriation intends to apply the sum of PhP10,958,115.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Purchase and Delivery of Assorted Cooking Utensils and Kitchenware for Distribution Provincewide -PGIS-203-2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur now invites bids for Purchase and Delivery of Assorted Cooking Utensils and Kitchenware for Distribution Provincewide . Delivery of the Goods is required within 30 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, at least two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
