INVITATION TO BID FOR MEALS (PACKED LUNCH) FOR WORKING STAFF/ TEAMS ASSIGNED FOR EACH DEPARTMENT FOR BARANGAY VISITATION 2026 1) The MUNICIPALITY OF MINGLANILLA, through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION FOUR HUNDRED TWENTY-FIVE THOUSAND PESOS (Php 1,425,000.00) only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for MEALS (PACKED LUNCH). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The MUNICIPALITY OF MINGLANILLA now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within Fifteen (15) calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. Instructions to Bidders. 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 12009.
