INVITATION TO BID FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MEDICINES FOR THE ANNUAL BARANGAY VISITATION/ MEDICAL MISSION FOR MINGLANILLA, CEBU 1) The MUNICIPALITY OF MINGLANILLA, through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION FOUR HUNDRED NINETY-NINE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED SIXTY-ONE PESOS (Php 1,499,961.00) only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for MEDICINES. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The MUNICIPALITY OF MINGLANILLA now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within Five (5) calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. Instructions to Bidders. 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 12009.
