Republic of the Philippines Province of Southern Leyte Municipality of San Juan Invitation to Bid for the Construction of Additional Niches at New Cemetery 1) The MUNICIPALITY OF SAN JUAN, through the General Fund 2026 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Pesos (Php. 3,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for MSJ-2026-52. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The MUNICIPALITY OF SAN JUAN now invites bids for the completion of architectural, plumbing, electrical and auxiliary works at all levels. Completion of the Works is required 160 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 3 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. Instructions to Bidders (ITB). 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
