Improvement of Water Transmission Lines Tangkaan

Invitation to Bid for IMPROVEMENT OF WATER TRANSMISSION LINES TANGKAAN 1) The Municipality of Padre Burgos, through the 20% ECODNOMIC DEVELOPMENT FUND (CY 2026), intends to apply the sum of One Million Pesos Only (P1,000,000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), to payments under the contract for the Improvement of Water Transmission Lines Tangkaan at Tangkaan, Padre Burgos, Southern Leyte. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The Municipality of Padre Burgos now invites bids for the Improvement of Water Transmission Lines Tangkaan. Completion of the Works is required Fifty-Two (52) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within 2 year’s from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
