REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES PROVINCE OF COTABATO MUNICIPALITY OF ARAKAN INSTALLATION OF DOUBLE BARREL 48” ⌀ PIPE CULVERT AT ABO-ABO AND REPAIR OF 48” ⌀ PIPE CULVERT AT CENTRO KULAMAN VALLEY, ARAKAN, COTABATO 1) The Local Government Unit of Arakan, through the MDRRM FUND and FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Seven Hundred Thousand Pesos only (₱ 700,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for INSTALLATION OF DOUBLE BARREL 48” ⌀ PIPE CULVERT AT ABO-ABO AND REPAIR OF 48” ⌀ PIPE CULVERT AT CENTRO KULAMAN VALLEY, ARAKAN, COTABATO. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The Local Government Unit of Arakan, now invites bids for INSTALLATION OF DOUBLE BARREL 48” ⌀ PIPE CULVERT AT ABO-ABO AND REPAIR OF 48” ⌀ PIPE CULVERT AT CENTRO KULAMAN VALLEY, ARAKAN, COTABATO Completion of the Works is required 120 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instruction to Bidders (ITB). 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
