GREENFIELD, ARAKAN, COTABATO 1) The Local Government Unit of Arakan, through the 20% DEVELOPMENT FUND and FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Million Pesos only (₱ 1,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for REPAIR OF MULTI-PURPOSE FACILITY (ABC HALL BUILDING) AT MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT PREMISES BRGY. GREENFIELD, ARAKAN, COTABATO. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The Local Government Unit of Arakan, now invites bids for REPAIR OF MULTI-PURPOSE FACILITY (ABC HALL BUILDING) AT MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT PREMISES BRGY. GREENFIELD, ARAKAN, COTABATO Completion of the Works is required 90 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instruction to Bidders (ITB). 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”. Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, cooperatives, and partnerships or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines. 4) Interested bidders may obtain further information from the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), Secretariat and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM during Monday to Friday excluding holidays. 5) A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested bidders on October 19, 2026 to October 26, 2026 from the BAC office at GSO Building, three (3) days after the submission of the letter of intent upon payment of the applicable fee for the Bid
