No.: GOODS-CB-2026-88 Name of Project: Procurement of Brand New Heavy Equipment for Disaster Response Operation of the Municipalities of Dinas and Dimataling Province of Zamboanga del Sur CY 2026 Location: Provincial Government of Zamboanga del Sur Approved Budget for the Contract: Php 39,000,000.00 Source of Fund: Trust Fund (PDRRMF-PLGU Counter Part) and Trust Fund (MLGU Counter Part) Delivery Period: Within 60 C.D upon receipt of NTP Prospective Bidders should have completed a similar single contract with a value of at least fifty percent (50%) of the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) within 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids. However, in view of the determination by the Procuring Entity that imposition of the provisions of Section 52.4.1.3 of the IRR of RA 12009 will likely result to failure of bidding or monopoly that will defeat the purpose of public bidding, the Bidder may comply with the following requirements: a) Completed at least one (1) similar contract amounting to Twenty Five Percent (25%) of the ABC; and b) Completed other contracts, whether similar or not, with an aggregate amount of at least Twenty Five Percent (25%) of the ABC. The BAC will use non-discretionary pass/fail criteria in the Eligibility Check/Screening as well as the Preliminary Examination of Bids. The BAC will conduct post- qualification of the single/lowest calculated responsive bid.
