Supply and Delivery of PE Pipes for Spring Development

1. The Municipality of General Nakar, Quezon, through the Approved AIP Ref. Code: 3000-500-3-2-025-2-8-2 intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Eight Hundred Sixty Pesos (Php 999,860.00) being the approved budget for the contract to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of PE Pipes for Spring Development. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. The Municipality of General Nakar, Quezon now invites for bids for Supply and Delivery of PE Pipes for Spring Development. Using the (Competitive Bidding). Delivery of Goods is required within Thirty (30) days. Bidders /Suppliers should have completed, at least (Thirty (30) days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidders/suppliers is contained in the bidding documents, particularly, in Section II. Instruction to Bidders. 3.
