INVITATION TO BID FOR PROCUREMENT OF VARIOUS GSP AND NEONATAL REAGENTS NSCV2026-10 1) The West Visayas State University Medical Center- NSCV, through the NSCV Fund 2026 intends to apply the sum of Fifteen Million One Hundred Forty-Three Thousand Eight Hundred Eighteen Pesos (Php15,143,818.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Various GSP and Neonatal Reagents. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The West Visayas State University Medical Center- NSCV now invites bids for Procurement of Various GSP and Neonatal Reagents. GSP Neonatal GALT 6 boxes- within 45 days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed 6 boxes- within 45 days after completion of 1st delivery 5.
