INVITATION TO APPLY FOR ELIGIBILITY AND TO BID The Municipal Government of Piñan, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites suppliers to bid for the hereunder procurement: NAME OF PROCUREMENT PURPOSE PROCUREMENT OF ONE (1) UNIT DIESEL GENERATOR ENGINE SILENT TYPE 125KVA 3 PHASE PAS-3-125KVA WITHOUT ATS FOR USE IN THE OPERATION OF PUMPING STATION II LOCATION Piñan, Zamboanga del Norte APPROVED BUDGET FOR THE CONTRACT =P=1,416,201.00 TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Scope of Supply - The Supplier shall deliver the generator in accordance with the technical specification, quantity and other requirements indicated in the approved Purchase Request, Request for Quotation, Purchase Order or Contract, as applicable. Technical Specifications - The generator set shall conform to the approved technical specifications and requirements of the Procuring Entity. The supplier shall ensure that the unit delivered meets all specified technical and performance requirements. Condition of the Equipment - The generator set shall be brand new, unused and free from manufacturing defects at the time of delivery. Inspection and Acceptance - The delivered generator set shall be subject to inspection and verification by the authorized representatives of the PE to determine compliance with the approved technical specifications, quantity and delivery requirement. Acceptance shall be made upon satisfactory inspection and confirmation of compliance with the contractual requirements.
