Republic of the Philippines Province of Eastern Samar Municipality of Guiuan Guiuan, Eastern Samar Invitation to Bid for PROPOSED UPGRADING/ IMPROVEMENT OF BOAT GARAGE AT BARANGAY 06, GUIUAN, EASTERN SAMAR 1) The Local Government Unit of Guiuan, Eastern Samar, through 20% Development Fund for F.Y. 2026 to apply the sum of Two Million Pesos Only (Php 2,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the PROPOSED UPGRADING / IMPROVEMENT OF BOAT GARAGE AT BARANGAY 06, GUIUAN, EASTERN SAMAR,INFRA 2026-10-14. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The Local Government Unit of Guiuan, Eastern Samar now invites bids for PROPOSED UPGRADING / IMPROVEMENT OF BOAT GARAGE AT BARANGAY 06, GUIUAN, EASTERN SAMAR and other scope of works to be done Completion of the Works is required 40 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 10 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB). 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”. a.
