Republic of the Philippines Province of Zamboanga del Norte OFFICE OF THE PROVINCIAL GOVERNOR Bids and Awards Committee Provincial Capitol, Estaka 7100 Dipolog City October 22, 2026 INVITATION TO BID Supply and Delivery of Office Equipment The Provincial Government of Zamboanga del Norte through the Trust Fund of 2026 intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos only (Php 250,000.00) being the approved Budget for the Contract (ABC). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid opening. The Provincial Government of Zamboanga del Norte now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders and PhilG-EPS Registered (Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System) for the Supply and Delivery of Office Equipment under PR # 200(01)26-10-003(AD). Delivery of the Goods is required at least thirty (30) working days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible Bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instruction to Bidders. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009. Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, partnerships, or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines, and to citizens or organizations of a country the laws or regulations of which grant similar rights or privileges to Filipino citizens, pursuant to RA No. 5183.
