CONSTRUCTION OF PERIMETER FENCE

Republic of the Philippines Province of Cagayan Municipality of Enrile Barangay MARACURRU Invitation to Bid for Installation of Solar Street lights ITB NO. 2026-10-I01 1) The Barangay MARACURRU, through the Financial Assistance Fund 2026 intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Twenty-Nine Thousand Three Hundred Seventy-Four Pesos and Sixteen Centavos Only (PhP 429,374.16) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the CONSTRUCTION OF PERIMETER FENCE at Barangay MARACURRU, Enrile, Cagayan. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The Barangay MARACURRU now invites bids for the CONSTRUCTION OF PERIMETER FENCE. Completion of the Works is required (30 calendar days). Bidders should have completed, within 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in MARILOU A. GARCIA. 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non- discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”. Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, cooperatives, and partnerships or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines. 4) Interested bidders may obtain further information from the Barangay MARACURRU and inspect the Bidding Documents at the Office of the Barangay MARACURRU. 5) A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested bidders starting on October 22, 2026 from the Office of the Barangay MARACURRU and upon payment of the non-refundable fee for the Bidding Documents, pursuant to the latest Guidelines issued by the GPPB, in the amount of Five Hundred Pesos Only (PhP 500.00).
