PB 2026-065 CONSTRUCTION OF DRAINAGE CANAL - DANUMAN WEST

Republic of the Philippines Province of Ilocos Sur MUNICIPALITY OF SANTA MARIA BIDS AND AWARDS COMMITTEE INVITATION TO BID FOR CONSTRUCTION OF DRAINAGE CANAL - DANUMAN WEST CONTRACT NO. PB 2026-065 1) The MUNICIPALITY OF SANTA MARIA, ILOCOS SUR through Ordinance No. 10, s.2026 intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Thirty Eight and 24/100 Pesos Only (Php 699,938.24) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF DRAINAGE CANAL - DANUMAN WEST (PB 2026-065). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The MUNICIPALITY OF SANTA MARIA, ILOCOS SUR now invites bids for Reinforced Blind Canal. Completion of the Works is required within 20 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (ITB). 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”. Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, cooperatives, and partnerships or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines. 4) Interested bidders may obtain further information from BIDS AND AWARD COMMITTEE, MUNICIPALITY OF SANTA MARIA, ILOCOS SUR and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 8 AM to 5 PM. 5) A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested bidders on October 26 – November 3, 2026 from the address below, in the amount of 1,000.00 pesos.
