INVITATION TO BID FOR SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING OF PUBLIC ADDRESS SYSTEM AT NORTH BUS (PR-2026-9940-00164) 1) The City Government of Mandaue, through the Calamity Fund – 70% Disaster Preparedness 9940-70 10705090 – Disaster Response intends to apply the sum of Two Million Pesos Only (Php2,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery, Installation and Commissioning of Public Address System at North Bus. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The City Government of Mandaue now invites bids for Supply, Delivery, Installation and Commissioning of Public Address System at North Bus. Delivery of the goods required 5 months upon receipt of the Purchase Order. Bidders should have completed, at least two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
