PB-2026-INFRA-034 INVITATION TO BID FOR ELECTRIFICATION AND IMPROVEMENT OF NEW MULTI-PURPOSE HALL AT CENTRO DE NAIC NATIONAL HIGHSCHOOL, BRGY. IBAYO ESTACION, NAIC, CAVITE 1. The Municipal Government of Naic through the 2026 SEF-SB#1 - SECONDARY intends to apply the sum of FIVE HUNDRED TWENTY NINE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED FIFTY TWO PESOS AND TWENTY TWO CENTAVOS ONLY. (Php 529,952.22) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for ELECTRIFICATION AND IMPROVEMENT OF NEW MULTI-PURPOSE HALL AT CENTRO DE NAIC NATIONAL HIGHSCHOOL, BRGY. IBAYO ESTACION, NAIC, CAVITE. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. The Municipal Government of Naic now invites bids for ELECTRIFICATION AND IMPROVEMENT OF NEW MULTI-PURPOSE HALL AT CENTRO DE NAIC NATIONAL HIGHSCHOOL, BRGY. IBAYO ESTACION, NAIC, CAVITE. Completion of the Works is required within thirty two (32 ) days. Bidders should have completed within five (5) year from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instruction to Bidders (ITB). 3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non- discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009, otherwise known as the "New Government Procurement Act (NGPA). Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, partnerships, or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines. 4.
