Supply and delivery of various drugs, medicines and vitamins

INVITATION TO BID FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VARIOUS DRUGS, MEDICINES AND VITAMINS MHO- LGU, Solana, Cagayan IB# 2026-64 1) The Municipal Government of Solana through AO-20% DF (Supplemental Budget No. 04, 2026) intends to apply the sum of One Million, One Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand, Seven Hundred Ten Pesos & 00/100 (P1,199,710.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VARIOUS DRUGS, MEDICINES AND VITAMINS- MHO-LGU, Solana, Cagayan under IB # 2026-64. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The Municipal Government of Solana now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required 15 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, at least 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. Instructions to Bidders. 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.
