The Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) of the LGU-Lubang, Occidental Mindoro invites contractors to bid for the aforementioned project: Contract I.D.: ML-2026-02-37 Contract Name: Procurement of Food Supplies for Pamaskong Handog for Senior Citizens, PWD's, and Solo Parents Contract Location: Lubang, Occidental Mindoro Project Specification: (See attached documents for reference) Approved Budget of the Contract: Php 394,754.67 Delivery Period: 30 cd Source of Funds1: General Fund Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 12009 (RA 12009), otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. The Municipality of Lubang now invites bids for Procurement of Food Supplies for Pamaskong Handog for Senior Citizens, PWD's, and Solo Parents.2 The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II of the Instruction to Bidders. The Pre-Bid Conference is open to all interested parties. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount acceptable for the contract. The Municipality of Lubang reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
