REBIDDING OF IMPROVEMENT OF THE UP MINDANAO FIBER OPTIC NETWORK, PHASE 3

1) The University of the Philippines Mindanao, through the BOR#1356th EO/CO with SP code of A0004154 Fund intends to apply the sum of Twenty-Eight Million Two Hundred Sixteen Thousand Nine Hundred Twenty Pesos (₱28,216,920.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for REBIDDING OF IMPROVEMENT OF THE UP MINDANAO FIBER OPTIC NETWORK, PHASE 3 (PBM 2026-11). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The University of the Philippines Mindanao now invites bids for REBIDDING OF IMPROVEMENT OF THE UP MINDANAO FIBER OPTIC NETWORK, PHASE 3(PBM 2026-11) using the fit-for-purpose, value for money, life cycle assessment and life cycle cost analysis. Delivery of the Goods is required Two Hundred Eighty (280) calendar days. Bidders should have completed at least five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
